Hi Jason,

if I remember correctly, the opt-in was added if a user, after having opted out, later decides to take surveys. So this should remove the "opted out" flag.

Maybe Aniessh can clarify?!

Best regards,

Hi everyone,

I’ve been going through token and participants functions for the upcoming 2.0 release, and I have run into a question.

I’ve enabled the email “Opt Out” feature, which allows someone who has been sent an invitation to a survey through the tokens system to “Opt out” of the invitations in future.

However there is also an “Opt In” feature, which has me stumped. Who would use an Opt In? Wouldn’t they have had to already been sent an email invitation, in which case they’re already in?

If anyone knows what the point of this feature is and how it is supposed to work, could they get in touch with me? I’m kind of leaning towards just getting rid of it at the moment!
