Currently, surfaces for undefined road elements are exported as lines with no area, collapsed between the other elements. For a simple road, e.g. without pavement, median, kerb and other elements, this adds up to a lot of superfluous data. It would be nice if it was filtered out. This would reduce data size and simplify data management in external tools, such as machine control.
