#4 object dialog input requires objid
The dialog for Tools->Code Mgmt->object has a freeform entry field. If you enter #19, it will pull up object #19. If you enter 19, it will pull up an empty object.
The dialog should either prepend a # when none is present, or give an error that 19 is not a valid object.
