Lil' Vector 0.8a Released!

It's been about six months since Lil' Vector was initially created, and a lot has happened during this time!

The biggest changes are internal, so casual users won't notice them directly. But their affects will be quite noticeable, as Lil Vector is now able to properly rotate your shapes, and change where their rotation axis is located! Another big change is that the palette has been expanded to 216 colors + transparency, and much of the program has been fleshed out and made easier to work with!

While version 0.8a is still an alpha release, the project is much closer to moving into beta status, as more than half of the key features are working properly already. In fact, Lil Vector is already usable enough that the many of the images on the project's website were created using it!
