I've posted a bug report (1251743) describing my problem...

It might just be an installation/configuration problem. I've installed GraphViz prior to installing the plugin (using the eclipse updater) but I may have missed something else...

  I tried to add some info to the bug, but it didn't appear to get added so I'll add the details here:
  
  I have a similar problem, but I get the error at line 131 of the build.xml file. I have installed, in order, PlotUtils, Graphviz, third-party.zip and then the Eclipse plugin. I am running Eclipse 3.2 under JDK 5 and Window.
