d'oh!

well, it's been a while, and i'm rusty.  i forgot to update the
internal version number within class.lb.lightningbug.php before i
tagged version 1.9.  so version 1.9 doesn't even report its version
number correctly.

so now version 1.9.1 has been created, which *does* report its version
number correctly.  otherwise there's no changes between 1.9.1 and 1.9.
i've pulled version 1.9 from http://lair.fifthhorseman.net/~dkg/lb/ ;
if you grabbed that tarball, you should grab 1.9.1 instead, and
destroy the 1.9 tarball.

sorry 'bout that.  enjoy version 1.9.1!
