It turns out that SF won't let me use WGET on their system, and that
media wiki does a lot of crazy stylesheet acrobatics, so I did have to
edit the docs page to use my stylesheet, but it did work.
Also, b/c I'd rather not link to the freegreentea wiki, I did go in and
cut the bottom off of the pages so they don't get spidered and stuff.
It isn't a seamless solution by any stretch, but it was pretty easy,
doing it for four or five pages wouldn't kill me.
