Something's up with 47. I skipped 46 so I have no reference there, but 45 to 47 is now using more ram than any other browser I have.
Fresh starts in order:
Light 47 is set up light. Few addons - no web page - 310MB
Cyberfox 47 - all the same addons and more w/ modified user.js - start page - 242.8MB
Waterfox 46 - same as Cyberfox - start page - 242.1 MB
The Chromium based was only list as what was under Apps in Win10. I understand that there are another 10-12 processes under background process that are not being added to their low scores.
The Mozilla based is what I'm comparing.
Closed all browsers but Light and Cyberfox.
I restarted Light in Safemode and the ram dropped to 142MB and Cyberfox dropped to 170.3MB
Restarted Light and the ram is back to 310.3MB and Cyberfox is still at 170.3MB
Restarted Cyberfox in Safemode and the ram is 94.9MB and Light is still 307.0MB.
Restarted with Light in Safemode with Cyberfox still in Safemode - Cyberfox 94.0MB and Light 127.6MB
Restart Cyberfox - 222.9MB
Restart Light - 298.6.2MB and Cyberfox still at 223.7MB
Gave it 10 minutes of inactivity
Cyberfox 220.9MB and Light is 302.2MB

I messed around with 47 and r2 and nothing changed.
I tried to uninstall 47 and got a missing uninstaller error.
I ripped it from the system, did a clean and clear of the user and the registry
Reinstalled and immediately got an integrity check error.
Couldn't uninstall again.
Ripped, cleaned, cleared
Set everything back up in 45 and I'm now back
Light is now 2 addons lighter and is running at 143.4 MB while Cyberfox is running at 247.7 MB
It started at 97, added the addons and it jumped to 197 MB, removed 2 and lost 50 MB, and all is good.
151.2 as I type this.
So far I've had issues with both 46 and 47 in Win10.

By comparison Light used to be 180MB with 10-12 tabs open.
