WEBM files are extremely common now and have pretty much replaced GIF for short animated images. Not being able to play them in light firefox is a big problem. Is there any way to enable webm support for the browser, or can it be added in a further release?

Why would anyone remove essential WEB-codecs from a browser, anyway? No "lightness" can justify that.
