I am finding that shortcut keys ^x, ^c don't work on facebook comments

it is very disturbing as we all are used to these keys, we press that and go ahead doing our work, and later, when we press ^v to retrieve clipboard content, nothing happens, and then we realize that ^x or ^c has not worked.

Please rectify it.
