Hi guys Sorry for jumping in. :) I think this question is good indication of the need in clear functional specification answering exactly this sort of questions. Sorry that I just don't have the resources to really help, but I'm watching the project, and hope it'll have some progress. Regarding the question: I think such console can be nice addition. Developers, as well as power gamers would be able to change things like screen resolution, depth of view, etc.. during the game. At the least it can be helpful for debugging when in full screen for example. As to how hard it is to implement that's another story, it may need investigation. It could happen that there is already written code implementing console somewhere, so it could be used. I'll try to look for it. If I find anything I'll post here.
