I need help!

Guys, I seriously want to make a GUI for this application to make it a million times better, but I can't do it! I don't know the NSIS script or anything and making it in Java would take a million years for me! So kindly, if you know any GUI making scripts like VB, NSIS, Advanced Java etc., please e-mail me to shhmchk@gmail.com.
