[pLog-General] pre-3.0 checkin

Just wiped my site and reloaded the CVS build, things look good so far 
but I do have a couple of questions...

Has the security layer been implemented yet? I was rather groggy this 
morning as I was setting everything up, but I didn't happen to see it.

Were the mods for the link list going to be implemented with 3.0 or was 
that a post-3.0 deal? (I'm almost positive it was slated as post3.0, but 
I want to be sure)

it seems like there was something else I had floating around my mind 
this morning, but for the life of me I can't remember what it was.... 
guess it wasn't too important.. heh
