I attach a patch to migrate from GConf to GSettings.

It provides a conversion file to migrate GConf users to GSettings and also tries to assure that the migration has been done for users that don't use GDM and alike.

I've tested this patch on Ubuntu 10.10 with current version from git and applies cleanly.

Thanks a lot for the patch. I tried applying it and found everything to be ok except for the new schema file. I'm correct in assuming that a new schema file is required? The patch seems to contain only a patch against this new file. If this is the case could you provide me with a copy of the file you used?

    Hello Mikel!

Due to a reinstallation of my laptop I lost the XML file you send me via IRC that is missing in the patch. Can you provide it to me once again?

    Thanks!
