#1027 Use symbolic close icons on tabs

Use symbolic close buttons and spacing on tabs like gedit does. This leaves more room for actual content and makes liferea look more consistent with other popular gtk programs such as gedit or gnome-terminal.

If no symbolic icons are installed fallback icons are loaded so this patch still works without having symbolic icons installed.

    Patch merged against git master. To be released with 1.9.6.

    Thanks for the work! Hopefully there will be better tab support by GTK in the future so that this doesn't need to be implemented by each and every program with tabs out there :-)
