gedlib/init.c/init_lifelines
the temp files use hardcoded directory names

The win32 one could use the environment variable
TEMP. It is a bad idea to assume the
machine has a \\temp directory (it is also a slight
breach of security to use a shared temp directory).

I have a solution which I've only tested on win32,
so I'll put it in the patches directory.

I checked the fix into the repository this past week.
