The command "llines -h" does not give examples of use,
just give the line with sample usage and the different
options in a line.

The lifelines executable lines/llines using the -h
option should give the example of use, but also a line
with an
explanation of each. In my understanding, all programs
with command line options should do this. I know this
is true on Windows and Linux. I know that without a
manual at hand, I am not sure what these options do.

As I was recently advised by people on the gnu-coreutils mailing list,
a better way to handle the lines man pages would be to generate them
from version & help pages via help2man.

So a good solution to this would be to first improve the help pages,
and then generate the man pages using help2man.
