The project comes back to life

The last commit to this project, until now, was made about 2 years ago. Recently, I decided to revive it, and so i committed a few changes that I had which were not committed yet, update the documentation, and update the web site. The site now uses modern CSS to create the round corners and box shading, but still supports image graphics for legacy browsers (and by that I mean IE8 and earlier). The project was also updated to use the new Visual Studio 2012, in the Windows desktop express edition.

The documentation reflects the code in the SVN, which includes support for most preferences API. When the development of that support will be complete, it will also be released as a file.
