#2 Ayttm patches to libyahoo2

Hi,

Here's an edited diff of the ayttm libyahoo2 code against the libyahoo2 trunk. Changes are:

0) Idle status change related fixes I had done long back. I think those changes were done in libyahoo2 as well but with a different approach. Either ways, I didn't test that.
1) Some minor fixes, again some time back.
2) File transfer; fixed just now and works with kopete. Sending works with pidgin. Receiving doesn't due to a bug in Pidgin. Don't have a windows system otherwise I could have tested with the official client as well.

I have commit rights but thought it would be nice if someone took at look at it first.
