Hi, I had newly joined in this group. I had downloaded the libxml++-2.14.0.tar.gz and to install this package in SLES9 x86 platfrom I did ./configure, So it given some configuration error as follows: ------------------------------------------ checking for pkg-config... /usr/local/bin/pkg-config checking pkg-config is at least version 0.9.0... yes checking for LIBXML... configure: error: Package requirements (libxml-2.0 >= 2.6.1 glibmm-2.4 >= 2.4.0) were not met: No package 'glibmm-2.4' found Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you installed software in a non-standard prefix. Alternatively, you may set the environment variables LIBXML_CFLAGS and LIBXML_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config. See the pkg-config man page for more details. linux:/home/madhu/libxml++-2.14.0 # ------------------------------- Its looks like "glibmm-2.4" and libxml-2.0 package was missing. I tried to search in google, but I could not get it. If anybody faced similar problem can you please give suggestion on this problem. Thanks in advance for suggestion. Regards, Madhukar Mythri.
