[libxml++] How can I get unresolved predefined entities from ContentNode::get_content()?

Hi all,

does one of you know a way to get the predefined entities unresolved from 
ContentNode::get_content()?

The behaviour looks odd to me here since I can use 
Parser::set_substitute_entities() to substitute other entities, but this 
does not affect the predefined ones (actually when I turn it off, which also 
is the default)!?
