Initial Comment:
to obtain a message more precise than "Document not
well formed." if a parsing error occured in DomParser i
slightly modified the parse_context function of the
pbject an dadd a fonction to format an error message
given a xmlErrorPtr.
so there are two files in this patche,
domparser.cc.patch and domparser.h.patch.
