[libxml++] RE: AIX installation problems

My bad.  The "xlC_r: 1501-218 file
.libs/libxml++-1.0.lax/libparsers.al/parser.lo contains an incorrect
file suffix" complaints are just warnings.  The error following these is
"ld: 0711-244 ERROR: No csects or exported symbols have been saved."
I've added the "-bautoexp" binder option to get beyond that problem.
The next problem was a missing "xmlpp::KeepBlanks::Default" symbol
binding main.o.  The symbol is guarded by a "_MSC_VER == 1200" defined
in "keepblanks.cc" which I have discarded.  I build and install
successfully now but have not yet tested the results.
