[Libxmlplusplus-general] Development Status

I just thought that I should point out that having the "Development 
Status" for this project on the sourceforge page being set to "5 - 
Production/Stable" is misleading.

Shouldn't the Development Status be set to 2 (Pre-Alpha) or 3?
