[Libxmlplusplus-general] Compilation errors with libxml++-0.16

Hi,
 
i try to use the latest version libxml++(0.16) with
libxml2-2.4.0. Unfortunately, i've got several errors
due to libxml++ compilation. Indeed, for example
XML_GET_LINE() or XML_GET_CONTENT() aren't defined
anywhere, neither in libxml2-2.4.0 or libxml++-0.16.
