[Libxmlplusplus-general] Exception

Murray,

Don't you think we should add an exception to report the parse errors instead 
of a simple bool ?
This would give much more information, and if the user really don't want of 
them, we can simply add a  bool _use_exception; attribute to the parser 
class. 

What's you point of view on that ?
