I did, but shame on me with the holidays I completely forgot it :-\

I could reproduce the problem, but I'm not sure it's related. Although I 
have no idea on what's going on. I'll investigate this a bit more and 
keep you informed. If you have any additional information let me know.

Unfortunately not as I'm not familiar with the autoptr stuff.

Ok I fixed the issue in the HEAD branch. The branch 1.0 will follow soon.

"Another job well done". That solves the mystery of the missing xmlFreeDoc ;-)
