Libxml2 for pascal download

Pascal units accessing the popular XML API from Daniel Veillard ( http://www.xmlsoft.org ). This should be usable at least from Kylix and Delphi, but hopefully also from other Pascal compilers (like freepascal).

Nice. However, I could not use it for HP Pascal on OpenVMS. I created an XSLT stylesheet to generate an HP Pascal module for accessing libxml2 from HP Pascal on OpenVMS. I have not tested all, but it seems to work.
