Just run make in the base directory. libX11.dll will be
placed in ~/lib when the build is completed. Just copy that
over the libX11.dll that is in the XFree binary directory.

There is a readme in the lib directory of the project tree.
You just copy libX11.dll into /usr/X11R6/bin.
Wither newer versions of cygwin, you must rename it to
cygX11-6.dll, then copy it.
