[Libvncserver-common] Switch to Git; CVS will be updated infrequently

Dear friends of VNC,

as sourceforge provides Git support now, we switch our primary SCM to that 
platform.

As Git makes it easy to export commits to CVS, I will continue to keep our 
CVS repository up-to-date, but since this is a manual process, it might 
lag behind a little.
