This library is used by vexterm.

Since it is still under development it is primarily hosted
inside the vexterm-project for the moment, but it's definitly
planned to make libvexterm a standalone library!

wherever you found libvexterm you will propably find vexterm,
too.

if you're familiar with producing shared libraries, please 
help. i don't know how to do that. thanks!
