[libusb] LIBUSB-1.0.27.11882 MAC OS works on a 2.0 port not a 3.0 port

Hello,

I have developed a LIBUSB program to send locate/claim/open a USB reader/card and send a few commands to the drive and retrieve the data.

This works fine when the drive is plugged in with a 2.0 cable adapter, but if straight in to 3.1, then it times out.

Same code works under Linux for both 2.0 and 3.0 ports.

Is there any  updates to the MACOS version that might help fix my problem?
