[libusb] libusb windows compiled/distrib by Orbbec Inc without attribution, license, source, or anything

During my initial work to add support for https://www.orbbec.com sensors to
my Windows plugin, I suspected they were using libusb but I didn't see the
libusb DLL anywhere.

Using dumpbin I discovered that they have compiled libusb directly into
their proprietary OrbbecSDK.DLL and are distributing that DLL under their
own closed license. It's distributed with almost all their sensors.

Two direct examples I found as I would use them in my Windows project
