[Libusb-devel] cannot autogen.sh

I am trying to build the V1.0_DEVEL tree from CVS, but am receiving
the following error(s) when invoking ./autogen.sh:

  I am going to run ./configure with no arguments - if you wish=20
  to pass any to it, please specify them on the ./autogen.sh command line.

Is this my problem? I am sorry, I know too little about autoconf to
be able to find the root of problem here...
