[Libusb-devel] Changes to libusb 0.1.0

Mostly per our discussions about two weeks ago, I have made some changes
to libusb 0.1.0 that addresses some of my concerns.
Refer changelog and attached patch.

I am not especially happy with the patch, since either my automake is
damaged or you are using some special option - I don't grok autoconf.
However you can see what is important.

I am planning to create more examples (and update the README.in, to
reflect deleting testlibusb) and adding explainations to the USB Guide.
