[libusb] Extended Properties OS Feature Descriptor

Hi,
I realize this may be a bit outside the scope of this list but I am 
trying to bring up
my device using WCID and trying to figure out the Extended Properties OS
Feature Descriptor.  I know it can be used for the GUID of my device, 
I also know if
can be used for some power settings but following all the MSDN links 
about this
and downloading the Microsoft OS Descriptor Specifications I do not 
find a list of
properties I can set using this feature descriptor.  Does anyone know 
where a list
of properties that a USB device can set using this can be found?
