Thanks for the info.

I have just pushed pbr298 (along with binary snapshot) that includes 
limited support for filter drivers, to confirm that we're on the right 
track.

Only implements support for the first lower filter, I'll add upper and 
multiple later on.

I tested the new libusb DLL against the benchmark device, and it seems 
to work OK.
