[Libusb-win32-devel] MTP (PlaysForSure) Devices fail with libusb-win32 installed

MTP (PlaysForSure) Devices fail when libusb-win32 is installed.  There
is a device arrival followed by a device removal when a Samsung YP-25 or
SansaConnect is plugged in to the USB port.  When libusb-win32 is
uninstalled MTP devices work just fine.
