I did get the filter to work in Vista 32. As I was using my own program
to install it, I had not got all the registry entries added correctly.
XP was more forgiving but Vista required all the entries. 
 
At least I can confirm someone is using the filter driver functionality!
Please can it be left in there, thanks!
