[Libusb-win32-devel] LibUSB Filter in Vista

Has anyone got the filter driver to load in Vista 32 bit?
 
I have tested and it does not seem to install, nothing is added to the
registry at all.
 
I am using for a project and must use the fiilter version as it is a
keyboard HID device.
