[Libusb-win32-devel] Virtual USB driver/Virtual USB Mass Storage ?

hello !
this (see below) was sent to a manufacturer of an "usb-to-the-network" 
solution.
sorry for asking, but maybe someone is aware of an existing solution for 
"mapping an image file to a virtual USB port so it's behaving like a virtual 
mass storage device" ?
