[Libusb-win32-devel] Failure to come out of suspend

I've got a DELL inspiron 510m laptop here which fails to come out of
suspend when libusb is attached to any USB device that I've tried.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? The LEDs show that the laptop
has started to wake up, and there's a little bit of disk activity, but
it gets no further and the only solution is a power cycle.
