This should help you running libusb API based applications on
Windows on ARM64,

Please take note libusbK.sys will not be modified to support ARM64.

However, you may want to try libusbK based application (x86_64)
under Windows on ARM64 to see if that works or not.

Or you can also try the libusbK Windows ARM64 testing binary
(no libusbK.sys( to see if that works or not.
