Also, please have try to obtain the C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log from the customer's machine, at it may offer some insight as to why Windows cannot start the driver. Each of the driver installation steps are logged there, so if the problem was with the installation, you should see a detailed error there. Regards, /Pete |
