Have there been any thoughts about adding support for selective suspend
to the API? I don't think I've seen anything mentioning this on the
libusb mailing list for the new API (and possibly the other OSes don't
support it very well anyway), but there is quite well defined support
within Windows for this (reporting idle notification).
