[Libusb-win32-devel] using bulk transfer to read and write to usb thumbdrive

supposely i have a thumbdrive with a text file in it. i wan to write an
application that is able to read in the text file. i know i have to use bulk
transfer, but how do i prepare the data at the device to be ready for the
transfer??

You need to work out which filing system is used on the drive (FAT16/32, NTFS
or whatever), this will tell you which sector(s) the file you need occupies,
and then request them.
It's not a huge task to decode FAT16/32, but it's not quite as easy as just
asking for a file.

i know that the file system use on the thumbdrive is FAT32. now how do i
initialize the transfer?? is there any links or document that i can learn
about this area of programming??
