#78 root_dev in usb_bus has sometimes undefined pointer

I use Java with JNA. The pointer "root_dev" has sometimes an undefined pointer when i use the function "usb_busses()".
I have a workaround in Java (the structure for usb_busses.java is changed), but perhaps someone can find this bug in the libusb?
