#1 pkg-config support and fix for bug 1307144
The attached patch creates and installs libuninameslist.pc and libuninameslist-fr.pc, and also deals with the WFLAGS bug described in bug #1307144. It does that without eliminating WFLAGS from the Makefile, but simply by setting that empty if configure detects a GCC-incompatible compiler.
You have to run autoconf, because to make the patch smaller I left out the changes induced in the configure script.
