I know that SDL is LGPL and according to:
http://sca.uwaterloo.ca/www.cgs.fi/tt/timidity/
the original TiMidity can also licensed with LGPL

But the original TiMidity is GPL, so is it really OK to use libTiMidity in LGPL library?

BTW, I wonder if you forget to change the GPL license to LGPL in the "src" directory of the libTiMidity tarball (libtimidity-0.1.0.tar.bz2) ?
