Ha! I wrote some documentation, have a look at http://libtemplate.sourceforge.net/ :)

I released libtemplate 1.3. In this version you can define functions ('function name(params)'). Next release (2.0) will support for/foreach and arrays.

I did a big bugfix in this version. Using a version prior to 1.2 is highly not recommended!

The new version of HTML::Libtemplate 1.1 contains better error handling and works with version 1.1 of libtemplate.

This new release has better error handling (tpl_error_message and error return codes) and some bugfixes (I detected some possible memory leeks).

Same here: works fine for me but is still marked as beta. Please report any problems.
